Auburn Brewfest

The Auburn 20-30 ninth annual Auburn Brewfest. We would like to invite you to participate in this year’s Brewfest on June 10th 2017 from 4pm to 9pm at the Gold Country Fairgrounds. We are expecting a large crowd this year with 100% of the proceeds from our ticket sales going directly back to the Auburn community through our many projects benefiting the local youth. We are seeking donations and participation for our event; with your support we hope to raise the required funds needed for our many donation projects that include our annual Christmas Shopping Spree and community Easter Egg Hunt. We know there are many brew fest type events throughout year and you receive many donation requests, it is our hope you will join us and help us reach our goal of helping as many children in our community as possible.

This year we are excited to partner with another great Auburn area event, The Wildest Ride endurance bicycle ride. With 100+ miles of epic climbs through the historic Sierra foothill towns the ride will end as the Brewfest is getting started. The combination of our two events will provide a generous increase in attendance and a wide market reach.   

We will be expecting approximately 1000 people at this year’s event and intend to advertise this event locally both by print and online. Your sponsorship has the ability to give your business the acknowledgment of donation to children and a very large community exposure. We have various levels of sponsorship available as listed below to fit the different donation abilities of local businesses.
